- Shawn B., our principal trainer, is an American Aerobic Association and International Sports Medicine Association certified personal trainer. With over 10 years of experience in personal training, Shawn has worked with clients of all fitness levels, including those with medical conditions that may limit their range of motion. Shawn is also certified in TRX Suspension Training and Strength and Conditioning.
- Andrew M., one of our certified master trainers, has worked with clients of all fitness levels and is certified in Functional Fitness Training, Metabolic Conditioning, and Bodybuilding.
- Talene A., our newest team member, is certified in Mobility and Flexibility, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, and Injury Prevention. She has a background in exercise and nutrition science and has worked with clients ranging from youth to geriatric populations.
