Our mission is to reinforce resilience in First Responders and their families through culturally competent therapists and consultation services. We believe that these men and women deserve a safe and supportive environment to find comfort, guidance, and healing. Our therapists are trusted resources within the First Responder community and have significant experience working alongside our public safety servants and their agencies.
Our Therapists
Our team of therapists, led by Phyllis Rogers, MA, LMHC, and Cesar Molina, MA, LMHC, is dedicated to providing the highest standard of counseling and consulting services. Phyllis, a licensed mental health counselor, has over 20 years of experience working with police officers, firefighters, medics, and their family members, addressing issues such as cumulative stress, PTSD, admin betrayal, anxiety, depression, critical incidents, and relationship challenges. Cesar, a military veteran with a background in law enforcement, has intimate familiarity with military and law enforcement issues and is passionate about helping clients who are moving through some of the most impactful transitions of their life.

- Consulting services for First Responder agencies and teams addressing organizational trauma and stress management
- Peer support and critical incident stress management training for First Responders and their agencies
