CKT Development Company develops and owns apartment communities utilizing its extensive development, construction, and local market expertise combined with a carefully selected development team of architects, engineers, and contractors. A network of brokers, lenders, and joint venture partners combine to complete the team for each project. CKT Asset Management Company manages the apartment communities developed by CKT and also provides fee management and consultant services for third-party property owners. Development consulting and third-party development services are also offered. CKT is known for its meticulous attention to detail and hands-on focus on every project, from site selection to the design of units and amenities to preserving the natural environment to insisting on the highest level of finishes from contractors at turnover.
