Our History

Frank O. Zeise Construction Co., Inc. was founded in 1945 by Frank O. Zeise, who initially built houses during the early 1920s. Despite facing challenges during the Great Depression, Frank thrived and eventually founded the company that would become a prominent name in the construction industry. Over the years, the company has been led by three generations of the Zeise family, with a continued commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
