• The Residences at 701 Whiting Street: This project was the construction of a mixed-use development in downtown Tampa, Florida. We managed the entire process, from preconstruction to final completion, and ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget.

• AdventHealth Cath Lab 10: We worked on the construction of a new catheterization lab for AdventHealth in Tampa, Florida. This project required careful planning and execution to ensure that the lab was fully functional and met all necessary medical standards.
