Oklahoma Shutters was founded in 1991 by Sherry Barbour, who had a vision to provide high-quality window treatments to the Tulsa community. Since then, we've grown and expanded, but our core values of quality, customer service, and family values have remained the same. In 2024, Abraham Barbour took over ownership, and we're excited to continue the Oklahoma Shutters legacy, making your home or business window treatment dreams come true!
