Randy began his insurance career 25 years ago selling property and casualty insurance for Farmers Insurance Group and Allstate. He later expanded his offerings to include health insurance, recognizing the importance of comprehensive coverage for his clients. With 40+ years of experience in the broader field of healthcare management and design of services, Randy has garnered extensive expertise in working with providers, manufacturers, and insurers. With the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), many people have gained access to health insurance that was previously unavailable to them. We are proud to assist our clients in understanding and utilizing the benefits of this landmark legislation.

Health and Dental Coverage Options

Health and dental insurance policies remain available for individuals, families, and small businesses outside of the Covered California marketplace. Our agency is appointed with many insurers in California, and we are ready to help you evaluate options outside Covered California through our free quote page. For clients age 65 and older, we offer plans and expert guidance to discuss options as you approach age 65.

Small Group Health Insurance

Covered California offers insurance to small group employers through their SHOP program. We are happy to help you find the best coverage options for yourself and your employees through these small group plans. Employers can set up this benefit in ways that allow greater flexibility in selection of plans for their employees while controlling their own cost commitments to affordable levels. Many will also qualify for tax relief credits in the first years of the plan, making it a win-win for both employers and employees.

Overseas Travel Health Insurance

We are pleased to offer travel medical and international health insurance through GeoBlue in cooperation with Anthem Blue Cross. Our products include insurance for one-time trips, multi-trip policies, policies for students going outside the US, as well as for students coming to the US, and packages for missionaries and others who will be working overseas for extended periods.
