CJ Shumate, our founder and principal architect, holds a degree from the University of Oregon School of Architecture and Allied Arts and has been practicing architecture since 1999. He is a licensed architect in Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and New York, possessing a certification by the National Council of Architect Registration Boards (NCARB). With years of experience in the field, CJ has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from single-family homes to multi-unit residential buildings and commercial spaces.
