• New Moran - Adaptive Reuse of Burlington's First Wood-Chip Fired Power Plant: A mixed-use project that includes a hub for waterfront events and conventions, with support for human-powered recreation and access to local food, art, energy, and technology.

• Dealer.com - Project Glowstick: An adaptive reuse of an industrial manufacturing building transformed into a fun and funky workplace.

• VEIC Offices - Vermont Energy Investment Corp: Adaptive reuse of a mill building for the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation.

• The Skinny Pancake @BTV: A restaurant and bar design with local flair at the Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport.

• South Hero, VT - Cottage on Lake Champlain: Renovation of a summer cottage on Lake Champlain, increasing its square footage and converting it to a year-round residence.

• Ben & Jerry's Burlington Scoop Shop Renovation: Renovation of Ben & Jerry's flagship scoop shop in Burlington's Church Street Marketplace.

• MOTORSPORT TRACK BUILDING: Design proposal for a private motorsport track building housing a restaurant, conference rooms, retail, track control room, and rooftop viewing deck.
