At CrossFit Paladin, we are a family-owned and operated CrossFit Affiliate located in Lubbock, Texas. Our mission is to promote community-based functional fitness, believing that it can significantly enhance everyone's quality of life, including yours. Our facility is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can come together to achieve their fitness goals.

We are proud to offer an array of services and amenities that cater to all levels of fitness. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including Olympic barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, Concept 2 row-ergs, and ski-ergs. We also have ample space for gymnastic rings, climbing ropes, GHDs, jerk blocks, peg boards, wallballs, plyo-boxes, and mobility equipment.

Our classes are designed to meet the needs of a diverse range of individuals. We offer classes five times a day from Monday to Friday, and one class on Saturday mornings. Each class is led by experienced coaches who are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, our coaches will work with you to tailor a workout plan that suits your needs and abilities.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer special programs and workshops designed to address specific fitness needs and goals. These programs are designed to provide additional support and guidance for those looking to improve their overall fitness and well-being.
