Our Services

Meet Our Founders

Erin Watson and Brady Hunt are the founders of Optimal Fitness. Erin, a certified personal trainer with a degree in Psychology and Sociology, has been involved in fitness for over 10 years. Brady, a certified personal trainer and sports performance specialist, has been involved in fitness for his entire life. Together, they have created a fitness community that is supportive, inclusive, and dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
