He honed his skills at the esteemed Culinary Institute of America, later travelling to Peru to learn from world-renowned chef Gaston Acurio. His experience includes working at acclaimed restaurants like Gotham Bar & Grill and Tomatillo, where he honed his craft and developed a deep understanding of diverse cuisines.
