Quality Exteriors, Inc. is a full-service commercial roofing and sheet metal company that has been serving the Delmarva Peninsula since 1982. We are locally owned and operated, with a rich history of providing exceptional craftsmanship, dependability, and timeliness to our customers. Our story began with Michael Makdad, who founded the company at the age of 24 with a high school education and no driver's license. Despite these odds, Mike's integrity, honesty, and exceptional workmanship earned him recognition and opportunities with larger local contractors. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to include a variety of commercial and industrial work, such as roofing system evaluations, metal fabrication, and architectural siding installation. Today, under the leadership of Jason Stallings, along with Michael's daughters Michelle Thompson, Megan Stallings, and Jessica Raughley, we continue to carry on Mike's legacy of quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and dependability.

Our Services

We offer a range of services including Architectural Metal Roofs, Commercial Flat Roofs, and Commercial Shingle/Slate Roofs. We also provide Specialty Services such as roof system evaluations, metal fabrication, and architectural siding installation. Our team is certified installers of most leading roof system manufacturers and has experience in the application of standing seam roof systems, walking deck systems, and custom wall panels. We are fully insured and bonded, ensuring that we can put our expertise to work on your next project.
