Our Story

As an interdisciplinary team of licensed therapists, social workers, a psychiatrist, and a psychiatric nurse, we're committed to breaking down barriers to mental health services. We understand that every individual's journey is unique, and that's why we offer a wide range of services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. From mental health assessments and counseling to referral, skill development, play therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, sand tray therapy, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management, we're equipped to provide the support you need to thrive.
