Meet Our Team
Our team is led by Dr. Michael Sartorius, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-founder of My VIP Fitness. With his extensive knowledge of human movement and injury prevention, Dr. Sartorius has played a crucial role in developing our programs and training methods. Jerry Lockwood, our experienced coach and trainer, has spent 17 years helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Together, our team is committed to providing personalized support and guidance to every member of our community.

6 Week Challenge: A comprehensive weight loss program that combines nutrition guidance, unlimited workouts, and support. This program is designed to help individuals achieve sustainable weight loss and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Figure Camp: A program designed to take individuals who are already fit to the next level by focusing on strength and toning exercises.
Physical Therapy: Our physical therapy program is designed to get individuals out of pain and back to their normal activities. Using a holistic approach, our therapists assess and diagnose movement dysfunction to develop customized treatment plans.
Complementary Workout Pass: A flexible membership option that allows individuals to work out at their own pace and choose from a variety of classes and sessions.
VIP Fitness Live Stream: Our live stream service allows individuals to participate in workouts from the comfort of their own homes.
Nutritional Guidance: Our nutrition team provides personalized guidance and support to help individuals make informed, healthy eating choices.
Community Support: Our community is built on support and accountability. We provide online support groups and in-person support from our trainers and nutritionists.
