Located in South Minneapolis, the Minnesota Zen Meditation Center is a welcoming space for people to awaken wisdom and compassion, embody Buddhist teachings, honor our ancestors and descendants, and joyfully serve our wider community. Our Programming
The Minnesota Zen Meditation Center offers a range of programs and activities to support and encourage meditation, compassion, and joyful living. Our programming includes:
- Daily Meditation: We offer daily sitting meditation sessions, Monday through Thursday in the morning, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, Saturday morning, and Sunday morning. These sessions are open to the public and are available by donation.
