Our Journey: A Collaboration for Good

Our journey began in 2015 when several independent health clinics in southeastern Montana joined forces under the name One Health. Together, we recognized the power of collaboration and shared resources to better serve our communities. With a focus on providing compassionate primary care, we have evolved into a multi-site organization offering a wide range of services.

One Health offers a comprehensive selection of services that address the physical and emotional needs of our patients. We provide:

Primary Care: Comprehensive medical care for all ages, including preventative screenings, vaccinations, and ongoing health management.

Behavioral Health: Support for mental and emotional well-being, with counseling, therapy, and addiction treatment.

Public Health: Promotion of healthy communities through disease prevention, community outreach, and education.

Dental Care: Comprehensive dental care for the whole family, from routine cleanings to more complex procedures.

Pharmacy: Access to prescription medications and counseling on medication management.

Substance Abuse Treatment: Specialized care and support for those struggling with substance use disorders.

Community Resources: Access to community-based resources, including school-based healthcare, outreach programs, and health advocacy.
