Our apartments also feature private balconies, stackable washer/dryer hook-ups, large walk-in closets, satellite permitted (with restrictions), refrigerators, vertical blinds, private patios, central heat and air, garbage disposal, electric range oven, dishwasher, cable, and internet ready.

Maintenance and Cleanliness
The residents have generally positive comments about the maintenance and cleanliness of the apartments and common areas. Chaviz Chaviz and Robin both mentioned that the apartments have been well-maintained and that the outside is very clean and taken care of. Tatek Aragaw also commented that the place has been running smoother since a new manager took over, and that the staff treats residents with respect and reasonably fair.
Communication and Management
However, there have been several complaints about communication and management. Melissa Marshall was unable to contact the office for rental inquiries, while Mohammad Temori has been on the waiting list for over a year with no response from the management. Dana May expressed frustration with the repeated rent increases, while Stephanie Culinary Student and Nancy Jackson both had negative experiences with management, citing rudeness and a lack of responsiveness.
Safety and Neighborhood
Stephanie Culinary Student mentioned that the apartment complex is not in a safe area, while Nancy Jackson described it as a "Ghetto Jungle nightmare". Both reviewers mentioned noise and activity issues, such as loud music and marijuana use, and perceived the neighborhood to be problematic.
