Our community consists of two properties, Highland Parc North and Highland Parc South, both located just three blocks from the university and a block from nearby food, shopping, and entertainment.

About Our Properties

Highland Parc North and Highland Parc South offer newly renovated apartments with modern amenities and stylish interiors. Our apartments feature hard surface flooring, two-tone paint, new appliances, Formica or quartz counters, new water-saving fixtures, energy-saving lighting, and so much more. We've also refreshed our properties with new paint and interior amenities, including a new entrance facade with a stunning mural, a renovated pool and deck, furniture, and BBQ area, and drought-tolerant landscaping throughout.

Our properties feature a putting green, fire pit, on-site laundry facilities, and an amazing pool and BBQ area. We've also recently adopted RoomSync software to make roommate matching easier and more efficient.
