We have two office locations to serve you better. Our Norwich office is located at 111 Salem Turnpike, Suite 7, Norwich, CT 06360. Our Guilford office serves the shoreline community and surrounding areas. Both offices are equipped with the latest technology and staffed with experienced professionals to provide you with the best care possible.

Patient Education

It is important that you maintain realistic expectations for the treatment/procedure you are receiving and that you follow the pre- and post-care instructions provided to you by your doctor.

Insurance & Billing

We are in network with most insurance companies. It is always recommended to call your insurance company to verify what they will cover and be cognizant of your deductible if any. Co-pays are due and expected at the time of service. Any deductibles or co-insurance left will be mailed once your insurance company has processed your claim.
