Health Access Network (HAN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has been serving the rural communities of Lincoln, Medway, West Enfield, and Lee in Maine for over two decades. Established in 2003, HAN has been committed to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare services to all, regardless of their ability to pay.

As a FQHC, HAN is dedicated to providing comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare to medically underserved communities. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals includes family physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health specialists, dentists, and podiatrists. We offer a wide range of services, including family medical care, walk-in care, behavioral health counseling, dental care, podiatry care, care coordination, lab services, school-based health centers, prenatal care, and substance use disorder treatment.

Our clinic locations are conveniently located in the rural communities we serve, with easy access for busy lives. We offer day and evening hours, same-day sick appointments and walk-in care, and 24-hour year-round on-call coverage. Our patients can also access their medical records and communicate with their healthcare providers through our patient portal.

Services

HAN offers a complete array of services to meet the healthcare needs of our patients. Our primary care clinicians include family physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages. We also offer specialty care services, including behavioral health counseling, substance use disorder treatment, and podiatry.

Our dental care services are committed to providing top dental care and oral health services. We offer a full range of dental services, including preventive care, restorative care, and cosmetic dentistry. Our dentists and dental hygienists are dedicated to providing high-quality care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Our walk-in care services are available at our Lincoln location from 7 am-5 pm daily. No appointment is necessary, and our team of healthcare professionals is available to provide care for minor illnesses and injuries.

In addition to our clinical services, HAN also offers care coordination services to help our patients navigate the healthcare system and access the resources they need. Our lab services provide convenient and timely access to diagnostic testing, and our school-based health centers provide comprehensive healthcare services to students in participating schools.

HAN is committed to providing high-quality prenatal care to expectant mothers. Our prenatal care services include regular check-ups, education and support, and referrals to specialists as needed.

HAN's substance use disorder treatment services provide comprehensive care for individuals struggling with addiction. Our team of healthcare professionals provides medication-assisted treatment, counseling, and support to help our patients achieve and maintain recovery.
