Our Facility

Our facility is designed to accommodate a wide range of production runs, from small batches to large-scale production. Our current capacity is 75,000 BBL, with a future capacity of 175,000 BBL. We are built for growth, ensuring that we can keep pace with even the most rapidly expanding businesses. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including the Meura Craft Jr. mash filter press brewhouse system, which is found throughout our facility. Our packaging options include canning, bottling, and kegging lines, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of packaging options.

Our mash filter press brewhouse allows us to brew much more quickly than traditional lauter-based systems, making us an ideal partner for breweries looking to produce small batches or rapidly expanding brands. Our range of fermenter sizes and packaging options allows us to cater to a wide range of breweries.

Laboratory

Our in-house laboratory is equipped with a range of technology, including the analytical power of GC/MS, biological sensitivity of PCR, and physical uniformity provided by a full suite of Anton-Paar equipment. Every batch produced at Sleeping Giant is subjected to rigorous quality control and analysis. Our QA/QC reports provide our customers with the assurance that their products are warrantied to be within specification and free of microbial contamination.
