Our leadership team, comprising of Tom Herlocker and Joel Herlocker, has extensive experience in the industry. Tom, our President, has worked as a design engineer for Freeman-White Associates and as a General Contractor at McDevitt & Street before joining Luwa, an international mechanical contractor. Joel, our Vice-President, is a licensed Professional Engineer with expertise in mechanical and plumbing qualifications in multiple states. He has worked on building design, CAD drafting, and commissioning of HVAC and plumbing systems.

Tom Herlocker, President

Tom has extensive experience in the industry, having worked as a design engineer for Freeman-White Associates and as a General Contractor at McDevitt & Street before joining Luwa, an international mechanical contractor. His experience in healthcare projects and his work with industrial, pharmaceuticals, and microelectronics have equipped him with the knowledge and skills to lead our team effectively.

Joel Herlocker, Vice-President

Joel is a licensed Professional Engineer with mechanical and plumbing qualifications in multiple states. He has worked on building design, CAD drafting, and commissioning of HVAC and plumbing systems. His experience and expertise make him an invaluable asset to our team.
