Unprofessional Service and Negative Responsiveness
Multiple reviewers have shared their disappointing experiences with GWC, citing poor professionalism and unresponsive service. The company failed to follow through on commitments, with potential customers left waiting for quotes that never materialized. When attempts were made to contact the company, responses were inconsistent and unhelpful, ranging from claims that the boss was unavailable to vague promises to "let my boss know" about the inquiry.
