Our History

DeLucia Construction was founded by Dean DeLucia, who left his corporate career to pursue his passion for constructing new homes. Over the years, we have expanded our services to focus on the remodeling aspect of the business, working with our clients to construct additions, renovate and build bathrooms, renovate kitchens, build decks, finish basements, and perform virtually any project that can enhance the value and comfort of one's home. We have also occasionally completed light commercial/retail projects.

Our Team

Our team is led by Dean DeLucia, who has had his hands in the carpentry and remodeling business from a very young age. Dean's well-rounded background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration, a 20+ year corporate business background, and hands-on skills and knowledge of the residential construction business. This unique combination of skills and experience makes him uniquely qualified to assist our customers in transforming their vision into a reality.
