Meet Our Team

Michael Allen: Owner and Founder - I am the owner and founder of Allen Plumbing. I earned my Master Plumber license in 1989 and opened the company's doors in 1991. I love what I do and am committed to providing superior plumbing and heating services to Boston-area home and business owners.

Adam Goodman: Office Administrator/Dispatcher - I am the voice at the other end of the phone when you call Allen Plumbing. I am here to listen to your needs and concerns, schedule a technician to visit your home at a time that's convenient for you, and call you if for any reason we're running late! I currently reside in Somerville where I have become a newly reformed bike commuter.

Bob McConnell: Plumbing and Heating Technician - I am a Master plumber with over 35 years of experience. I began working in the plumbing and heating field in 1984, earning my Journeyman License in 1989 and Masters License in 2010. I am married with 3 sons and enjoy spending time with my family and our Boston Terrier, Buddy.

John Roberto: Plumbing and Heating Technician-Apprentice - I am an apprentice plumber in my fourth year of training, and excited to earn my Journeyman License next year. I'm originally from Somerville, MA and love cheering on all of Boston's sports teams. I enjoy working in the field, getting to meet new people each day and helping solve their problems.
