Meet Our Coaches

Our coaches are highly trained and passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals. They'll work with you to assess your current fitness level and modify workouts to ensure your safety and success. Meet Justin Key, our Head Coach and Owner, who is CrossFit Level 2 Certified and CrossFit Gymnastics Certified. Eddie Looney, our Coach and Owner, is CrossFit Level 1 Certified and also holds a USAW Certification. Emily Rattie, another valued coach, is CrossFit Level 1 Certified.

Workouts

Each workout at CrossFit Coweta is carefully programmed to exercise and stretch your capabilities. Our experienced coaches will help you assess your current fitness level and modify any movement if needed. From strength training to endurance exercises, our workouts are designed to engage your whole body and push you to new heights.

Community

Our gym is one big family. People encourage and motivate each other in every class as they work toward their goals.
