The Shop Gym

Welcome to The Shop Gym, the East Coast Mecca for fitness enthusiasts. We are a privately owned gym dedicated to providing an authentic and real gym atmosphere for all our members. With two locations in Manassas, VA, and Ashburn, VA, we offer a state-of-the-art facility with over 25,000 square feet of training space. Our gyms are open 24/7/365, and we have a staffed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 6pm.

Our facilities are designed to cater to both the typical gym-goer and the elite athlete. We specialize in various training disciplines including Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strength & Conditioning. Our members are not just individuals but part of the Shop Gym family, and we strive to create a motivating and judgment-free environment for everyone.

At The Shop Gym, we have a team of experienced trainers who are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to gain muscle, lose weight, or improve your overall strength and conditioning, our trainers are here to guide you every step of the way. They are passionate about fitness and have a deep understanding of various training methods and techniques.

Membership & Facility

We offer month-to-month memberships with no contract terms or cancellation fees. Our membership rates are $95/month for regular members, $85/month for hero members, and $35/month for child members under 16. We also offer one-time day passes for $20. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including dumbbells from 5 to 150+lbs, treadmills, ellipticals, cycling equipment, strength and conditioning turf, strongman strip and equipment, powerlifting area with specialty bars and calibrated plates, combo racks, and competition-grade platforms.
