Our leadership team includes President and CEO John McGrail, with over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries. Joe Donovan, our Vice President, brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, while Erica Pelland, our Vice President for Finance, has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Our Experience in Action

One example of our work is the "Grid District" in Worcester, Massachusetts. Over the past decade, we have assembled over 5 acres of land in downtown Worcester, comprising dozens of properties, including residential units and retail space. We have redeveloped and renovated existing assets, investing in upgraded infrastructure and mechanicals, as well as cosmetics. We are now master-planning our parcels and repositioning the portfolio to take advantage of the new student inflow.
