The Fountain City Apartments is a local family-owned and managed company, dedicated to providing North Knoxville with affordable, two-bedroom apartment homes. We are proud to offer apartments in the Fountain City and Halls communities, which are conveniently located near parks, ponds, churches, and shopping centers. Our apartments have been updated to ensure they are neat and clean, providing our residents with a comfortable living environment.

Our Services

At Fountain City Apartments, we understand the importance of a comfortable and convenient living space. That's why we offer a range of services designed to make your life easier and more enjoyable.

Our Midlake Apartments are perfectly located in the heart of Fountain City, just one block behind the Duck Pond. They are within walking distance of the Pond, Park, several Churches, Restaurants, and Shops. The grounds are well maintained, and the apartments have been updated to provide a comfortable living environment. We also have a coin-operated laundry room on site, and water, sewer, trash, and lawn care are all included in the rent. Rents start at $800, with a deposit/fee of $500, which is half refundable, and an application fee of $40 per adult.

We also offer great duplexes in two locations within the Halls Community. These duplexes have been updated and come with personal outdoor space and convenient parking right outside the unit. The grounds are well maintained, and they are located in great neighborhoods. Rents start at $850, with a deposit/fee of $600, which is half refundable, and an application fee of $40 per adult.

Our application process is a little old-fashioned. While we offer our Application online here, it must be printed and returned to our office along with a deposit of $500 or $600 (depending on the location) and an application fee of $40 (per adult). The money must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order. We only accept Applications when we have an available unit, however, we will be happy to add you to our Waiting List if you would like.
