Bill Lohsen, the owner of our company, moved to Vermont with his wife Linell in 1982, seeking the rural lifestyle reminiscent of their childhood in New Jersey. Before settling in Vermont, Bill worked at a plumbing supply house and as a plumber's apprentice. He completed his apprenticeship and worked as a journeyman for Turner Plumbing and Heating in Rutland. Over the years, Bill built a successful business, becoming one of the largest plumbing companies in Rutland County. His dedication to his work is evident, as he still plays on a men's softball team in his mid-sixties and is a devoted New York Yankee fan.

Bill's company offers a wide range of services, including Heating Services, AC Services, Plumbing Services, Air Exchange Services, and Water Purification Services. For Heating Services, they install new and repair AC systems, boilers, and furnaces, offering cleaning and service for oil and gas boilers. For AC Services, they install new and repair AC systems, specializing in Daikin products. Their Plumbing Services include installation of PEX or CPVC plastic piping, drainage systems, and hot water heaters from various brands. They also provide Air Exchange Services, installing ERV or HRV air exchangers and duct work for hot air or AC systems. Lastly, their Water Purification Services include the installation of water softeners, filters, and UV lights.
