Our wedding menu package includes a delightful cocktail hour with a variety of appetizers, a formal sit-down dinner with an array of entrees, and a celebratory cake. Options include appetizers like meatballs, Italian sausage, pasta Alfredo, fried shrimp, chicken wing dings, and frankfurters in a jacket. Appetizer selections continue with mussels marinara, potato puffs, and ravioli. The cocktail hour also includes a traditional Champagne Toast to the Bride and Groom.

For your main course, choose from entrees such as stuffed salmon, stuffed breast of capon, chicken Francese, roast top sirloin of beef, roast prime rib of beef, broiled sirloin steak, each served with a baked potato and a complementary vegetable. Your sweet celebration complements the meal with our delicious cake. The package also includes a 5-hour open bar with a range of liquors, wines, and beer options.

Our banquet menu offers a diverse buffet-style experience. The choices include salads, chicken Francese, shrimp scampi, eggplant rollatini, penne alla vodka sauce, sausage and peppers with potatoes and onions, meatballs in tomato sauce, and miniature potato puffs. The vibrant buffet is rounded out with roast beef, mixed vegetables, unlimited soda, coffee, tea, dinner rolls, and cake.

For those seeking a more personalized touch, our Family Style Dinner provides a warm and intimate dining experience. Guests enjoy appetizers like bruschetta, fried calamari, and fried shrimp followed by a tossed salad with house dressing. The main course features a selection of entrees such as chicken Marsala, veal Marsala, stuffed flounder, chicken Francese, veal Francese, broiled flounder, chicken Cacciatore, pork loin Murphy, broiled salmon, chicken Murphy, and eggplant rollatini, all served family-style and accompanied by unlimited soda, coffee, tea, dinner rolls, and cake.

The Sit Down Dinner presents a refined and elegant dining experience. Guests begin with salads and penne alla vodka sauce, followed by a selection of entrees including stuffed salmon, veal parmigiana, chicken Francese, roast top sirloin of beef, roast prime rib of beef, broiled sirloin steak, stuffed flounder, and eggplant rollatini. Each entree is served with a baked potato and a vegetable, concluding with a delectable cake, coffee, tea, and soda.
