Customer Service Issues
A common theme among the negative reviews is the poor customer service experienced by customers. Pat Estabrook and Russell Ward both mentioned that they were left waiting for responses or follow-ups from the company, with Estabrook stating that the customer service was "terrible". Ward's experience was similarly frustrating, with the company promising to contact him back but failing to do so.
Helpful and Friendly Staff
