Our Team

Our owner and technician, Bill Pelletier, has been in the appliance repair industry since 1985 and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in repairing individual residential appliances. Bill is supported by his wife, Shanna Pelletier, who serves as our office manager and is responsible for scheduling and inventory management. Our apprentice technician, Daniel Pelletier, is undergoing rigorous training to become a certified master technician, and our inventory inspectors, Diogee and Missy, ensure that every part is thoroughly inspected and verified.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of residential appliance repair services, including trip/diagnostic, parts replacement, and labor services. Our trip/diagnostic service is a one-time fee of $95, which includes a diagnosis and a full repair estimate. We source our parts at MSRP cost, ensuring that our customers receive the best value for their money. Our labor services are billed at $75 per half hour, with most jobs completed within the first half hour. We specialize in repairing a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, ranges/ovens, washers/dryers, microwaves, dishwashers, and cooktops.
