At The Spot, we are a boutique fitness studio located in the heart of downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky. Our Services

We offer a variety of classes that combine the principles of Pilates, yoga, TRX, and Aerial training to provide a full-body workout that targets strength, flexibility, and cardio. Our classes are designed to be fun, challenging, and accessible to all, regardless of fitness level. From Pilates Flex, Power & Strength, Bootcamp, and Straight Up Reformer to Yoga Deep Stretch, Vinyasa, and Power Vinyasa, we have something for everyone.

Teacher Trainings

If you're interested in teaching Pilates or yoga, we offer comprehensive teacher training programs that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to teach a variety of clients. Our Pilates program is PMA approved and will prepare you to teach students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our yoga teacher training program is a 200-hour course that covers the fundamentals of yoga, including anatomy, physiology, asana sequencing, and philosophy.

Spot Stretch'd Recovery Lounge

In addition to our fitness classes, we offer a Recovery Lounge that provides the benefits of contrast therapy. Our infrared sauna and cold plunge pools allow you to alternate between hot and cold temperatures to stimulate blood flow, reduce inflammation, and promote recovery. Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance your performance or just want to relax and rejuvenate, our Recovery Lounge is the perfect place to unwind.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

FST is a system of assisted stretching that targets the fascia and joints to achieve strength, flexibility, pain relief, and improved muscle function. Our certified FST practitioners use a gentle and slow approach to stretch the fascia, which can be beneficial for individuals with chronic pain, athletes looking to improve performance, or anyone looking to reduce stress and promote relaxation. We offer a variety of FST sessions and packages to suit your needs and budget.
