Our Team

Our team is composed of highly experienced professionals with local, regional, national, and international experience. Meet some of the talented individuals who make up our team:

Jeffrey B. Millar, Principal and Director of Strategy

Jeffrey has spent 15 years in broadcasting and 13 years in broadcast management. He worked for three notable broadcast companies and launched one of the nation's most successful Spanish Tejano radio stations. Jeffrey has written and implemented strategic plans for notable brands such as Little Debbie Snack Cakes, NCNB, National Old Line Insurance Company, and many others.

Alan Hollander, Principal and Creative Director

Alan is a notable Art Director with a degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York. He has extensive experience in Art Direction and Graphic Design, including work for nationally and locally-known publications.

Blanca E. Reyes, Partner and Director of Digital | Social Media and Media Strategy

Blanca has a degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing from the University of Texas-Pan American. She joined Tequila Group as an intern and was offered a full-time position straight out of college. Blanca is also a part of the creative brainstorm team and her concepts have won multiple awards.

Nancy S. Millar, Marketing | Strategy

Nancy has 28 years of experience running Convention and Visitor Bureaus for small and medium-sized markets. She has presented at numerous state, national, and international conferences and has a strong background in partnerships.

Michael Cortez, Senior Graphic Designer

Michael is a designer, photographer, and filmmaker with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Graphic Design. He has been working directly with clients on ADDY-winning visual solutions, creating work that combines his interest in all forms of media.
