Willie has been involved with the flooring industry for over two decades. Rozzie Franklin III, operator, has over ten years of experience in the commercial flooring business. Rozzie III learned the flooring business from his father, Rozzie Franklin Jr. Our flooring installers have great knowledge about the installation of carpet and resilient flooring.
