Empowering Gardeners, Enriching Communities
The Collin County Master Gardener Association (CCMGA) is a vibrant community of gardening enthusiasts dedicated to sharing their knowledge and passion for horticulture with the residents of Collin County. We are a non-profit organization affiliated with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, leveraging the expertise and resources of this renowned institution to provide evidence-based gardening advice and educational programs.
Our mission is to empower gardeners of all levels through practical education, hands-on experiences, and a collaborative network of support. We believe that gardening has the power to enhance our lives, enrich our communities, and create a more sustainable future.

- Earth-Kind Gardening: We are dedicated to promoting Earth-Kind gardening practices that are environmentally friendly, water-wise, and beneficial to local pollinators and wildlife.
Our Gardens
One of the best ways to learn about gardening is to see it in action. The CCMGA is involved in the upkeep and development of several public demonstration gardens, each showcasing different plants, techniques, and design styles. These gardens are open to the public and offer a wealth of inspiration and practical knowledge.
Collaborative Effort
Our association thrives thanks to the dedication and contributions of our members, volunteers, and partners. We believe that collaboration is essential to our success and actively seek opportunities to work with other organizations, businesses, and individuals who share our passion for horticulture and community engagement.
Together, we strive to create a thriving gardening environment in Collin County, where every resident has the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with the natural world.
