Our Story
Our founders, William Leavy and Francisco Benavides, bring a combined 20+ years of experience in the architectural field. William's passion for architecture began in high school, and he went on to earn his Bachelor of Architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology. Francisco, on the other hand, received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University. Their collaboration has resulted in a wide range of successful projects, from residential homes and apartments to corporate interiors, yacht designs, and EAP/FSP plans.
