Par Mechanical, Inc. is a full-service, Colorado-based heating, plumbing, mechanical, and Gyp-Crete sub-contracting firm established in 1972 by John L. Perpar. We are dedicated to serving the needs of owners and contractors in Western Colorado. Our team of construction professionals ensures the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction from project conception through project completion. We credit our success and longevity to our employees, many of whom have been with the company for 10 years or more. Our employees receive ongoing education in industry systems, products, techniques, and safety.

Our Services

At Par Mechanical, we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our clients. As a licensed Gyp-Crete dealer and installer, we provide high-quality underlayment solutions for radiant floor heating. Our team is expertly trained to install heating systems that are efficient, environmentally friendly, and meet sound and fire ratings. We also provide heating system installations and upgrades, including complete system overhauls, new installations, and simple boiler replacement. Additionally, we offer plumbing services, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance for new construction, remodels, and repair.

Our Expertise

Our years of mechanical experience combined with computer-automation and drafting techniques knowledge base, along with close attention to detail throughout the production process, allows us to prepare well-coordinated bid documents and complete each job in a timely manner. Our Master Plumbers, John M. Perpar and Mark T. Perpar, have over 35 years of combined experience in plumbing and sub-contracting involving mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. They are licensed in the State of Colorado and have worked on a wide variety of building types and systems, including industrial mines, schools, hospitals, multi-use residential facilities, hotels, office buildings, medical facilities, and residential retail stores and restaurants.
