Our History

Our story began in 1964 when Vincent P. O'Neill founded the O'Neill Funeral Home in Pawtucket's Pleasant View neighborhood. With over 25 years of experience in the funeral industry, Vincent had worked for another family-owned funeral business before opening his own. In 1990, Vincent and his son John H. O'Neill merged their business with A.T. Costigan and Son Funeral Home at 220 Cottage Street, providing more space for wakes and funeral services. In 2002, John O'Neill acquired the Mulcahey Funeral Home at 3012 Mendon Road in northern Cumberland, further expanding their services.

Our funeral homes are designed to provide a peaceful and calming environment for families to gather and celebrate the life of their loved one. Our facilities feature natural sunlight, live piano and classical guitar, and state-of-the-art music and video systems. We also offer prayer cards and prayer cards designs to help families personalize their loved one's funeral service.
