Our History
In 1971, P. James Roosevelt founded an investment advisory firm with the goal of embodying the values of integrity, trust, and stability. This vision was shared by Arthur Sheer, who founded Sheer Asset Management, Inc. in 1990. In 2002, The Roosevelt Investment Group, Inc. merged into Sheer Asset Management, Inc., retaining The Roosevelt Investment Group, Inc. as the name of the combined firm. In 2020, the firm merged with and into The Roosevelt Investment Group, LLC, which was then acquired by CI US Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of CI Financial Corp. Today, our firm operates under the name CI Roosevelt Private Wealth, continuing the legacy of our founders.
