Appointments
We understand that scheduling dental appointments can be challenging, and we do our best to accommodate the needs of our patients and their families. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, as we reserve a room and a provider for each appointment. We have a $75.00 fee for missed appointments, and repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of appointment privileges. A parent or legal guardian must be present at the child's dental appointment, unless a written letter signed and dated is provided giving permission for another adult to accompany the child and make medical emergency decisions if necessary.
