Marty Pranger, the company's president and founder, brings over 20 years of construction experience to every project. He is a hands-on leader who is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Kim Pranger, our vice president and office manager, plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Her organizational skills and dedication to customer service ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.

Chase Pranger, our general contractor, joined the team in 2015. With a background in construction management and a passion for delivering quality craftsmanship, he brings a fresh perspective and a commitment to excellence to every project. Laura Aldrich, our controller, is instrumental in managing the financial aspects of the company, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactions.
