Roane County Family Health Care, Inc. has been serving the health care needs of Roane and surrounding counties since 1983. Our board-certified providers utilize proven data through screening tools, health maintenance, continuing education, and other resources to ensure you receive the highest standard of care.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center grantee under 42 U.S.C 245b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n), we are partially funded through Health Resources Services Administration. This means that we see all patients without regard to their ability to pay. No person will ever be turned away from Roane County Family Health Care for the lack of ability to pay.

Primary Care

Roane County Family Health Care, Inc. uses Family Physicians, Pediatrician, Physician Assistants, Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. We provide a wide range of services including routine check-ups, health screenings, and preventive care. Our primary care providers are dedicated to delivering comprehensive, personalized care to patients of all ages.

Women's Health

Our Women's Health Department offers a wide range of preventive health care and health maintenance services. Our experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner is committed to providing comprehensive care for women's health issues, including routine gynecological exams, prenatal care, and menopausal management. We understand the importance of maintaining women's health and provide a supportive and confidential environment for our patients.

Walk-In Clinic

Walk-In patients are always welcome. No appointment is necessary for acute health care. You do not need to be a patient of RCFHC to utilize this service. Our walk-in clinic is equipped to handle a variety of acute health issues, including but not limited to colds, flu, and minor injuries.

Behavioral Health

The Behavioral Health module at Roane County Family Health Care is staffed by a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. We provide therapy on a sliding fee scale, ensuring that mental health services are accessible to everyone. Our behavioral health services include individual therapy, group therapy, and substance abuse counseling.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Medication Assisted Treatment can give you a pathway to hope! We offer a safe, individualized, and comprehensive approach to promoting recovery from addiction. Our MAT program is designed to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of addiction, providing a holistic approach to recovery.
