Our History
Our story began in 1984 when Keith and Julia Schultz moved to Cape Coral, FL, and Keith started his career in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. In 1992, Keith decided to start his own business, Schultz Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, with Julia managing the phones and even helping in the field. Over the years, the business grew, and in 2016, Adam, Keith's son, took over the business, renaming it Schultz Air Conditioning. Today, we continue to provide top-notch service to our customers, with Adam at the helm, bringing new innovations to the business.
