Meet Our Team

Our team is led by President and CEO Robert Laws, Jr., who is a licensed General Contractor, LEED certified, and holds a degree in Industrial and Building Construction. Michelle Rozbitsky, our Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for accounting, financial tracking, and human resource needs. Both Robert and Michelle bring invaluable knowledge and experience to their roles, ensuring that every project receives the attention and expertise it deserves.

Services

We offer a range of services including pre-construction and bidding, design build, and general construction. Our pre-construction services include estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and local construction requirements and government approvals. Our design build approach allows for single source responsibility, including architectural planning, site preparation, engineering, and construction. In general construction, we coordinate with a network of local subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
