Lloyd Construction is a general contracting firm headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. The company is owned by lifelong Tucson residents and brothers, William E. Lloyd and Bradley J. Lloyd, sons of William H. Lloyd, who founded Lloyd Construction in 1969. Our legacy and leadership in the construction industry have been shaped by our commitment to quality, safety, and community involvement. For over five decades, we have maintained our sole office in Tucson, serving the region with a wide range of construction services.

Our story began with Bill Lloyd, Sr., who came to Tucson in 1959 to attend the University of Arizona. He received his degree in Civil Engineering and started Lloyd Construction. Bill, Sr. contributed significantly to the growth of the area by successfully constructing hundreds of buildings, mostly in Pima County. His sons, Bill, Jr. and Brad, grew up learning the construction business from him, often accompanying him to job sites for hands-on experience.

Today, Bill, Jr. and Brad serve as the President and Vice President of Lloyd Construction, respectively. They are LEED Accredited Professionals and have extensive experience in project management, field operations, and community involvement. Their leadership has been instrumental in the company's growth and success, earning Lloyd Construction the reputation as one of the largest and most respected locally owned and operated general contractors in Tucson.

Our services include Pre-Construction and Construction, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Architecture, Sustainability and Green Building, LEED Accreditation, Self-Performed Work, and Job Order Contract (JOC). We have a proven track record in delivering complex projects such as the AC Hotel Tucson, the University of Arizona Intercollegiate Athletics Facility, and the Vail K-8 Academy and High School, among others.
