T.M. Sullivan Construction is a client-focused, full-service design, build, and remodel contractor serving residents of the South Shore in Massachusetts. With a broad range of services that includes home renovations, large and small scale additions, and new construction, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional and personalized service to every client. We accomplish this by actively listening to our clients' goals and concerns, developing a comprehensive project plan in line with the homeowner's budget, timeline, and needs, and maintaining transparent communication from start to finish.

At the helm of T.M. Sullivan Construction is Tom Sullivan, who earned his bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He was one of the founding members of the University's chapter of the National Association of Home Builders. Tom has extensive knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and materials and has extensive experience collaborating with architects, developers, subcontractors, and designers. He currently resides in Norwell, Mass., with his wife, Nicole, his son, Thomas, and their beloved Labrador Retriever, Charley.

• Sliding Barnwood Door: The reclaimed barnwood door our team designed for this Scituate family's bathroom adds warmth and natural texture, concealing the laundry area from the rest of the space, creating a seamless look with added texture.
• Deck in North Scituate: This custom-built deck overlooks the Gulph River in North Scituate, offering unobstructed views of the water. We achieved this by designing an open-concept deck that enhances the home's exterior and provides an exceptional view for the homeowners.
