Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers expressed frustration with the customer service they received from Amco. One reviewer, Tommy Balderas, reported being placed on hold for 15 minutes while trying to make a payment, and was concerned about the handling of his card information. Kasandra Tijerina was forced to wait outside the office for two hours before someone arrived to assist her, resulting in a late fee. Hugo Najera and at least 10 other customers waited over an hour and a half for someone to arrive, only to be ignored.
